Fall Fair 2025, by the numbers:

199 pieces of pie (peach was first to sell out), almost 1,000 entry tags sold – and a total of 760 people attended the 2025 Peachland Fall Fair. By the numbers, it was a success – and because of volunteers, says president Linda Schneider.

“We had a great fair, so many positive comments repeatedly from the public and how they loved the new things we added,” she wrote in her year-end president’s report.

“All the things I mentioned (from the scarecrow contest, entertainment, the zucchini race) were only possible because of you, our volunteers. It’s been my utmost pleasure to work with you this past year.”

After their Oct 29 meeting – the last of 2025 – Schneider was elected president of the coming 2026 fair. The executive is mostly staying in place – with Daniela Evans serving again as vice president and longtime directors Jenny Cooper, Patti Morley and Leanne Buzza-Garcia on the 2026 team. The group is looking for a new treasurer and a director at large – so if you want to help out, send the Fall Fair committee an email. New volunteers are always welcome!

The 2025 group:

The 2026 Fall Fair – Peachland’s 107th – is September 12 and 13, 2026. Have an idea for the 2026 theme? Send it along and the committee will organize a vote.

The Fall Fair executive meets November 19 and after that, the next general meeting is in March 2026.

In 2025, The Peachland Fall Fair committee decided to sponsor The Peachland Phoenix. In exchange for advertising funds that directly supports local news, the Phoenix wrote a series of Fall Fair stories, covered both days of the event and provided additional photos for volunteers to use in future promotions. The Fall Fair’s display advertising appeared on the Home page, events page and advertising page for 2025 + email newsletters. The Phoenix thanks the Peachland Fall Fair for their support of our town’s only source of journalism!

“After partnering with Kristen of The Peachland Phoenix, we had a lot of exposure and the public was fully informed every month on the fair activities.

Kristen at The Phoenix did an amazing job of advertising and coverage of the fair.”

Fall Fair president Linda Schneider
