Living in a vacation spot full time – that’s the dream. And after finding her family’s paradise here in Peachland, Realtor Brianna Rosas is helping others do the same.

Behind every successful purchase is a strong foundation – and Rosas says choosing Century 21 as her home brokerage was a no-brainer. Shortly after the family made the move from Edmonton (in 2022, which was its own adventure!) Rosas decided to make a career change. At the time, the youngest of her four kids was six months old. It was the beginning of a team effort for the whole family.
“I hired a part-time nanny and did the real estate course,” she said, adding she was working in the insurance industry and it was something always in the back of her mind – she was even told a few times she would make a great Realtor.
Rosas ended up with an 88% on the course – and found ‘the thing’ she always wanted to do, in our small, vacation-like town by the lake.
“I am proud to be a part of Century 21 Assurance. The support and collaboration have been incredible! Recently, we’ve expanded throughout the Interior, including expanding our Property Management division.”
Working as a team – kind of how it works in a small town. Whether she’s helping out at the elementary school, sponsoring a summertime’s worth of entertainment on Peachland’s lakeside stage, or getting a recent listing through a conversation with another parent at a kids’ birthday party – community is what it’s all about. And Rosas adds, none of this would have happened without the support of her own family.
“Collaborative and encouraging and family-oriented, that’s my vibe.”
