The Peachland Hub Murder Mystery

Peachland Pickleball is Murder: Peachland’s Own Murder Mystery

(submitted by the Peachland Hub)

Peachland has just held its inaugural pickleball tournament at the Peachland Community Centre, which has caused much excitement. The whole community got behind the tournament, recognizing that it would highlight the positive impacts the sport has had on the entire town and the increase in tourism as a result of the tournament.

Unfortunately, the tournament’s singles pickleball champion, Ryan Racquet, a Peachlander, was found brutally murdered after the tournament, in the parking lot of the Community Centre. Tournament organizers, attendees and players have all been summoned to the 50+ Activity Centre to meet with Detective Dinker to find out who committed the murder and why.

Come and be part of the action as every tournament attendee is considered a suspect in this totally fun and engaging Murder Mystery. Attendees can wear their favourite athletic attire or sweat pants. Get right into the spirit of the action by participating as much or as little as you want. Interview the prime suspects!

The list of prime suspects includes: A jilted fiancée, a Peachland department store owner, a Peachland winery proprietor, a financially desperate community centre club entrepreneur, an angry pickleball coach, the jealous second-place finisher, and an uptight tennis pro.
